Express Shipping:
If you require your parcel a little faster we also offer a next working day service which can be selected and paid for during checkout.
Delivery Times:
Orders placed before 1pm are processed for dispatch on the same day if in stock (you will be notified of stock shortages).
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Availability:
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock.
If any part of your order is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the issue, and your card will be debited or credited depending on the order and unavailable items.
